Genisys CU, Auburn Hills, Mich., sponsored the Utica Ice Festival in Historic Downtown Utica, Mich.
Tampa, Fla.-based GTE Financial celebrated the grand opening of its second student-powered community financial center, located on the campus of Southeastern University in Lakeland, Fla. Separately, Tina Narron, the CU's VP of member consumer lending, is a finalist in the Be More Involved category of WEDU's Be More Awards.
Land of Lincoln CU donated more than $5,800 to 15 organizations across Central Illinois through its Do Good Checking account.
Lake Trust CU, Lansing, Mich., was one of six Michigan credit unions to award $10,000 grand prizes to winners of the states Save to Win program.
Greylock FCU, Pittsfield, Mass., said its annual United Way support surpassed records with a total of $131,185. Greylock employees raised $100,185 through raffles and other fundraisers, while the CU provided $31,000 plus half the cost of a 2015 Ford Fiesta donated for a car raffle.
Diamond CU, Pottstown, Pa., presented a seminar on budgeting and credit score to 600 Reading High School seniors. The program spanned 3 days and was part of a newly created Senior Days program at the school.
US FCU, Burnsville, Minn., held its bi-annual blood drive with Memorial Blood Centers. Attendees donated 26 whole blood cells units, giving the potential to save 78 lives.
United FCU's new flagship branch on State Street in St. Joseph, Mich., is open for business. The branch features state-of-the-art technology.
TruMark Financial CU, Trevose, Pa., celebrated the grand opening of its new branch in Horsham with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Congressman Brendan Boyle, Pennsylvania State Representative Todd Stephens and Pennsylvania State Representative Thomas P. Murt participated.
One Nevada CU, Las Vegas, is celebrating its 65th anniversary this year. Pictured is its first building as Nellis Federal.
