Cy-Fair FCU, Houston, hired John Smith as its CFO. Smith comes to the $195 million CU from Capital West Bank, where he served as CFO and previously worked for FDIC.
TDECU, Lake Jackson, Texas, has hired Todd Lucas to serve as its new vice president of business services. Lucas previously worked as EVP of loan operations for a southeastern regional economic development lender.
Meridian Trust FCU, Cheyenne, Wyo., has hired Trevor Rutar to be its chief lending officer. Rutar brings more than a decade of experience with a Fortune 25 company and recently consulted for a Fortune 100 company in Switzerland.
Service 1 FCU, Muskegon, Mich., appointed Jennifer Czarnopys to the position of chief financial officer. Prior to joining Service 1 in 1999, Czarnopys worked at Grand Shore CU, Grand Haven, Mich.
Andrews FCU, Suitland, Md., named Ken Orgeron its new chief lending officer. With more than previously 24 years of lending experience, Orgeron most recently served as vice president of lending at Apple FCU.
