Dr. Delia Black, a director of Redstone FCU, Huntsville, Ala., was inducted into the Defense Credit Union Council Hall of Honor.
The Minnesota CU Foundation named Penny Jarnot a Credit Union Builder in honor of her 25 years of service at Energy Services FCU. The CEO will be retiring this month.
Xceed Financial CU, El Segundo, Calif., has promoted Paris Chevalier to the position of chief marketing officer. Chevalier has been with the CU since 2007, most recently service as vice president of marketing and communications.
Jerry Zehr is retiring as SVP-CFO of Finger Lakes FCU, Geneva, N.Y., after six years at the CU and more than 40 years in financial services.
Joanie Hafner, CFO of Meridian Trust FCU, Cheyenne, Wyo., has earned the Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert Certification from CUNAs Enterprise Risk Management Institute.
Ralph Spencer, Jr., has been promoted to EVP/COO of Suffolk FCU, Medford, N.Y.
