Texas Trust CU, Mansfield, Texas, took first in the Mansfield Run With Heart 5K. The 14 employees in Texas Trust Run Masters completed the race in 2:13:44.5, earning them top honors in the corporate team category and raising funds for the Methodist Mansfield Medical Center.
St. Annes CU, Fall River, Mass., held its annual Souper Bowl Drive for local food pantries, collecting more than 1,000 cans of soup. The CUs Dartmouth branch collected 330 cans, making it the St. Annes Souper Bowl champions for the 4th year in a row.
St. Joseph, Mich.-based United FCU broke ground on a second state-of-the-art branch in Carson City, Nev. The new branch is part of a multi-phase project aimed at supporting UFCUs planned growth in Northern Nevada.

Ventura County CU, Ventura, Calif., is set to open its second branch in nearby Oxnard this fall. Plans are drawn for an approximately 3,300-square-foot branch, which is to be located at The Collection at RiverPark shopping center.
TruMark Financial CU, Trevose, Pa., gave a $5,900 grant to William Tennent HS for personal finance materials after the school participated in the CUs Kiss-A-Pig Financial Literacy Fundraiser for the past four years.
