Arab National Bank of Dubai has agreed to use software from S1 Corp. of Atlanta to manage debit card operations.
S1 said Monday that Arab National is planning to use the Postilion Solution for Card Issuers, offered through S1's Postilion, to create debit accounts, generate PINs, update account status, and ensure compliance with various payment processing regulations.
As part of its efforts to revamp its debit card program, Arab National will also use instant issuing systems from Dynamic Card Solutions LLC to produce cards in its branches.
"Replacing our card management and issuance system comes as part of an overall retail banking technology refresh," John Loomis, Arab National Bank's chief information officer, said in an S1 press release. "We felt that the time and expense required to achieve this on our current platforms was not worth the investment."
