B of A Directors Holliday, Rose to Step Down

Bank of America said former Chairman Charles O. Holliday is leaving the board of directors along with Clayton S. Rose.

The men won't stand for re-election at the bank's annual meeting, the Charlotte, N.C.-based company said Thursday in a regulatory filing. Chief Executive Officer Brian T. Moynihan replaced Holliday, 66, as chairman in October.

Bank of America also said that Rudolf A. Bless, 54, was named chief accounting officer, effective March 1, succeeding Neil A. Cotty, 60, who will remain at the firm to help with the transition, according to the filing.
