Cardtronics Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Access To Money Inc. for $21.2 million.
Cardtronics, an ATM independent sales organization based in Houston, announced the deal Monday.
Access is an ATM services provider to merchants and financial institutions. The Cherry Hill, N.J., company operates 10,350 machines in the U.S., according to a press release.
The companies expect the sale to close during the fourth quarter.
