Citadel Investment Group has announced the hiring of an executive from JPMorgan Chase & Co. to oversee securitized products.

Bill King is to join the Chicago hedge fund group as a senior managing director and head of securitized products, it said Wednesday. He started at JPMorgan Chase eight years ago and was head of pass-through trading, head of mortgage trading, and co-head of U.S. securitized products before being promoted to global co-head of securitized products.
In April, Citadel hired of former JPMorgan Chase banker Derek Kaufman to run its U.S. fixed-income business. In March, it said that Patrik Edsparr, JPM's former head of fixed income, would join it this summer to run its European division.
