Community of Nevada Agrees to Shape Up

Community Bank of Nevada in Las Vegas has agreed to take steps to improve its condition.

The Federal Reserve Board released the agreement with the Community Bancorp unit on Wednesday.

The lender agreed to submit a plan soon to strengthen oversight of its operations. The plan will consider actions for improving the bank's condition and maintaining control over activities such as credit risk management, the adequacy of loan-loss reserves, liquidity policies and capital.
