ConnectOne Bancorp to Raise $35M in Stock Offering

ConnectOne Bancorp in Englewood Cliffs, N.J., is looking to raise at least $35 million through a stock offering.

The $4.3 billion-asset company said in a press release Tuesday said that the offering could generate up to $40.2 million if there is enough demand.

The company, which did not disclose the number of shares or the pricing, said it expects to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including working capital.

Keefe Bruyette & Woods and Raymond James are the book-running managers.
