MALVERN, Pa., March 4 /PRNewswire/ -- On March 25, the CPCU Society andthe Society's Central Jersey Chapter host a CPCU Center for Leadershipcourse: "Leaders and Decisions - Meeting Ethical Dilemmas Head-On." This course is approved for three continuing education credits inPennsylvania and New Jersey. The course is approved for four continuingeducation credits in New York. CPCUs will be awarded four continuing professional development (CPD)points for the course. The CPCU Center for Leadership is the society's premier educationalprogram for insurance industry professionals looking to advance theircareers or take on leadership roles within their organizations. What Attendees Will Learn: The decisions a leader makes every day are tough enough, but whathappens when all of the answers are right? In order to resolve "rightversus right" dilemmas, leaders often find themselves brooding, reflecting,and engaging in energetic self-reflection. This course examines four typesof dilemmas that insurance leaders face, and evaluates methods forresolving them. Thought- provoking case studies will be reviewed anddiscussed, giving attendees an opportunity to examine dilemmas from avariety of perspectives. The world of insurance and risk management is becoming more and morecomplex with competing factors, tempting leaders to stray from theirdefined goals. Learning how to deal with ethical dilemmas is becoming a keycompetency for today's leader. By attending this course, insurance and risk management professionalswill learn:

Senecal alsoassists in curriculum development for new modules and programs. He became aCPCU in 1987, and became an instructor for the CPCU Society's Center forLeadership in this year.
