Credit Bureau Systems Acquires Fidelis Billing

Credit Bureau Systems Inc. has acquired the business of Fidelis EMS Billing LLC for undisclosed financial terms. 

All servicing will be conducted by Credit Bureau Systems’ Ambulance Medical Billing (AMB) division, which provides billing and collections work to ambulance and emergency medical services. The deal is AMB’s second fiscal-year 2015 acquisition.

AMB will assume all contract and servicing responsibilities while Fidelis will help to transition client servicing.
