Douglas Wilson Cos. of San Diego, a provider of real estate management services to law firms, courts, and financial institutions, among others, hired John A. Waters as chief operating officer.
Mr. Waters has 20 years' experience in real estate and asset management, including a stint as a senior vice president for Gerrity International in Hong Kong running property management, accounting, and marketing. Previously he was a senior vice president for New Plan Excel Realty Trust, supervising asset management activities for 29 retail centers in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado.
Douglas Wilson said Tuesday that Mr. Waters will run real estate and workout operations in its offices in San Diego, San Francisco, Atlanta, and Orlando.
