Dynamic Card Solutions LLC said Green Bankshares Inc. of Greeneville, Tenn., has begun to use its system for instantly issuing and printing unembossed cards.
GreenBank has tested this system at three Tennessee branches since 2008, and at those branches observed a 20% increase in debit card activation and use as a result. It has since extended the system to 38 of its 66 branches.
GreenBank is using the CardWizard software and FCP 20/20 flat card printers from Dynamic Card Solutions, of Englewood, Colo.
"Customer, merchant and branch personnel acceptance has been great," Bill Adams, GreenBank's chief information officer, said in a press release Monday. "Our activation/usage rates and customer service levels have never been better."
