Under an exclusive long-term agreement, the Wilmington, Del., company will provide Private Quarters with online and point of sale transaction processing services for all of the major credit card brands.
Jeff Stroud, a Private Quarters co-founder and the City of Industry, Calif., company's president and chief executive, said in the processor's press Feb. 3 press release, "Securing the payment data of our loyal customers is extremely important to Private Quarters."
