Integra Bank Corp. of Evansville, Ind., has promoted Martin M. Zorn to chief operating officer and chief financial officer and Raymond D. Beck to executive vice president and chief credit and risk officer.
Mr. Zorn will remain the chief financial officer and executive vice president of finance and risk for the $3.3 billion-asset company's Integra Bank. He was also promoted to chief operating officer for the bank, which he joined in 2001 as the executive vice president for commercial banking.
Mr. Beck will remain the executive vice president and chief credit officer for the bank, positions he has held since he joined the company in 2006.
Integra Bank Corp. also promoted Roger M. Duncan to retail manager and community markets manager of its bank.
He will remain the executive vice president of the bank, as well as the president of its community banking division and Evansville region. He has worked for Integra Bank since 1993.
MIDDLE ATLANTICAmalgamated Bank of New York has promoted Michael Zahaby to chief credit officer.
Mr. Zahaby will remain an executive vice president with the $4.6 billion-asset bank. Before joining Amalgamated he had worked for Morgan Stanley Commercial Financial Service Inc. Earlier he had been the chief credit officer of Merrill Lynch Business Financial Services Inc.
Republic First Bank of Philadelphia has hired Rhonda Costello as executive vice president and chief retail officer.
Ms. Costello was a senior retail officer at Commerce Bank in Philadelphia. Before that she had been the senior retail market manager for Pennsylvania. Earlier she had been the retail market manager for central New Jersey. Ms. Costello worked for Commerce Bank for more than 20 years.

SOUTHEASTBank of Florida Corp. in Naples has hired John Klumpp as its executive vice president and director of operations and information technology.
Mr. Klumpp had been the senior vice president and technology manager at the customer service center of F.N.B Corp. in Naples since 2002. Before that he had been the senior vice president and enterprise server operations manager for AmSouth Bank in Birmingham, Ala. Earlier he had been a senior vice president and MIS operations manager for First National Bank in Mobile.
Bank of Florida Corp. has $1.4 billion of assets.
SOUTHWESTBroadway Bank of San Antonio has promoted Rose Meier to assistant vice president and second loan support documentation supervisor.
Ms. Meier has been a banking officer since 2005. Before that she was a loan accounting supervisor.
Earlier she had been a commercial and real estate loan processor since 2001.
She joined the $1.1 billion-asset Broadway in 1990 as a loan administration clerk.
WESTTamalpais Bancorp of San Rafael, Calif., has promoted Paulette Slack to senior vice president of risk management and chief compliance officer.
Ms. Slack was a senior bank examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, where she was involved with the development of bank procedures related to the Community Reinvestment Act, as well as consumer affairs. Before that she had worked for Schwab Bank and earlier at Bay View Capital, the holding company of Bay View Bank.
Tamalpais has $600 million of assets.
Mutual of Omaha Bank in Phoenix has selected Jim Claffee to be its regional president for the Southwest.
Mr. Claffee joined the bank in July, when it bought his previous employer, First National Bank of Nevada. He had been the president and chief executive officer of First National's Nevada and Arizona units and First Heritage Bank, a Newport Beach, Calif., unit of First National's parent company, First National Bank Holding Co. of Scottsdale, Ariz., since 2001.
Mutual of Omaha Bank is a $738 million-asset unit of Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co.
