Mutual of Omaha Bank in Nebraska has hired Kevin C. Hale as its regional president for the eastern United States.
Mr. Hale, who will be based in Naples, Fla., had been the president and chief executive officer of First Priority Bank in Bradenton, Fla., since February. Before that he was president and chief operating officer of Fifth Third Bancorp's Florida business after Fifth Third bought his previous employer, First National Bancshares of Florida.
Mutual of Omaha Bank has $774 million of assets.
MIDDLE ATLANTICAmalgamated Bank of New York has hired Jeff Pfeffer as a senior vice president in its corporate banking division.
Mr. Pfeffer was a senior vice president and commercial banking executive at HSBC Bank. Before that he was a senior vice president at Bank Leumi, where he had worked for 19 years.
Amalgamated Bank has $4.4 billion of assets.
