Fidelity Fills Technology Posts

Fidelity Investments hired Daniel Petrozzo, a co-global chief information officer and head of enterprise infrastructure for Morgan Stanley, as its chief information officer.

At Morgan Stanley, Mr. Petrozzo managed information technology personnel globally. He has nearly 25 years of technology experience.

Fidelity also hired Ronald E. DePoalo as the chief information officer of its institutional products group.

Mr. DePoalo was a managing director and the chief technology officer for Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management.

Fidelity, which announced the hirings last week, had $3.4 trillion of assets under custody and $1.6 trillion of assets under management as of May 31.
