H. Beck Inc., the Rockville, Md., broker-dealer arm of Capital Financial Group Inc., plans to launch an open architecture platform through a partnership with FundQuest Inc., a Boston provider of turnkey managed accounts for financial institutions and advisers.
The platform, scheduled to launch this month, will offer a comprehensive investment selection and management program that will provide H. Beck's clients with an array of services and products, including mutual funds, separate accounts, and unified managed accounts, H. Beck said.
It will be available to H. Beck's advisory representatives. The advisers will use the customized platform to develop investment strategies and asset allocation proposals based on a client's financial goals and tolerance for risk.
FundQuest had $36 billion of assets under management and administration at yearend.
H. Beck, which announced the partnership Monday, is licensed in all 50 states and has a network of over 740 registered representatives.
