The Itasca, Ill., insurance brokerage and risk management services firm Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has completed its acquisitions of Crist Elliott Machette Insurance Services Inc. of Oakland, Calif., and Yanni Partners Inc. of Pittsburgh.
Both deals closed last week. Arthur J. Gallagher did not announce how much it paid for either acquisition. The Yanni Partners deal was announced in November.
Crist Elliott, a retail insurance brokerage, offers risk management, commercial property/casualty, and personal products and services to clients nationally. It specializes in the real estate and construction industries.
Yanni Partners offers strategy development, defined contribution/benefit plan investment consulting, spending policy analysis, performance analysis, and investment manager selection services for institutional clients.
Arthur J. Gallagher has offices in 13 countries and does business in a total of 100 countries.
