Gibraltar Private Bank and Trust, a Coral Gables, Fla., private banking and wealth management company, has announced the promotion of Marie T. LaRussa to senior vice president and director of client service for the Miami-Dade County market.
In this newly created post Ms. LaRussa leads all client-service efforts, including branch administration and operations, the bank said on Tuesday. She has worked at Gibraltar Private since its founding in 1994 and most recently was the senior vice president of deposit operations. Previously, she worked for BankUnited.
Gibraltar Private is an integrated private banking and wealth management company that offers mortgage banking, private banking, and wealth management services to professionals, corporate executives, entrepreneurs, affluent retirees, and select businesses.
The company has seven full-service private banking offices — its headquarters in Coral Gables and offices in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Naples, Ocean Reef, and New York.
