Hartford Financial Services Group Inc. promoted Michael Rudge to managing director of its U.K. branch.
Mr. Rudge will oversee the branch's profitability, sales, marketing, and administration. He has worked for Hartford Life Ltd., the company's European insurance arm, since 2006, most recently as distribution development director.
He will report to Marc Lieberman, the president and chief executive officer of Hartford Life, the company said last week.
