WASHINGTON Two members of the House Financial Services Committee have been given new subcommittee assignments, the panel announced Wednesday.
Rep. Dennis Ross, R-Fla., was named to the housing and insurance subcommittee, filling the vacancy of Rep. Jim Renacci, who left Financial Services in February to join the Ways and Means Committee.
Ross will remain a member of the subcommittee on capital markets and government sponsored enterprises.
Meanwhile, Rep. Keith Rothfus, R-Pa., was appointed a member of both the subcommittee on financial institutions and consumer credit, and the subcommittee on oversight and investigations.
