Iberiabank Corp. in Lafayette, La., is consolidating various outsourced debit card processing functions with products from Fiserv Inc.
The $10.6 billion-asset banking company will be using services for handling chargebacks, automated teller machine transactions, analytics and other functions, according to Fiserv. In addition, Iberiabank will use the Brookfield, Wis., vendor's Accel/Exchange Network as its PIN debit provider.
"We were looking for a solution to drive revenue and customer loyalty with debit card customers," Don Ledet, the executive vice president of Iberiabank, said Monday in a press release from Fiserv.
