Matt Mueller has joined OneBeacon Insurance Group, a Boston subsidiary of White Mountains Insurance Group Ltd., to lead its high-tech commercial insurance business.

Mr. Mueller's hiring was announced Thursday. He came to OneBeacon from Chubb Corp., where he led the technology business for the central states.
OneBeacon offers a range of personal, commercial, and specialty products and services. Its parent, White Mountains, is a Hamilton, Bermuda, property/casualty insurer and reinsurer.
