Health savings account providers HealthEquity Inc. and UICI have formed a partnership to offer an HSA integrated with a high-deductible health plan for employers in Texas and Georgia.

The companies said Monday that they will begin offering the package in January.
UICI, an insurer in North Richland Hills, Tex., said its cost-transparency tools paired with HealthEquity's HSA administration would give customers the tools they need for informed, cost-effective health-care decisions.
