Kirby Jordan and Scott Eckerty, principals of the Dallas specialty products firm, are to join Hub International Midwest as managers. The deal's terms were not disclosed.
The financial institutions practice of HUB Midwest sells creditor-placed insurance coverage and related insurance brokerage services to banks and other lenders. Impact Insurance offers transactional custom products and services. The combination is to incorporate niche products and services into the financial institutions practice of the big Chicago brokerage.
