MetLife Inc. announced Wednesday the rollout of a new version of MetLink, its employee benefits administration portal for group customers.
The new version includes a redesign and enhancements.
Benefits managers gaining access to MetLink can now use a Quick Links feature to view their most frequently used options, such as employee benefits enrollment, claims status, or report generation.
MetLife has also introduced features to improve the efficiency and functionality of disability claims tracking - giving employers the ability to gain access to information that can help improve productivity and generate absence metrics.
MetLink offers real-time access to benefit plan information.
