In Brief: Western Ohio Finishes 105,800-Share Buyback

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio - Western Ohio Financial said it has completed its stock buyback program, announced Feb. 9, buying 105,800 shares at an average price of $18.89.

Western Ohio is the holding company for Springfield Federal Savings Bank. In its initial public offering in July 1994, the company issued more than 2.6 million shares in conjunction with its conversion from a mutual savings bank to a federally chartered stock savings bank.
