Woronoco Bancorp Inc. of Westfield, Mass., has acquired Colton Agency Inc., which is also based in Westfield.
The acquisition was announced Wednesday. The $882 million-asset holding company for Woronoco Savings Bank did not say how much it paid.
Colton has been combined with Woronoco's Keyes, Mattson & Agan Agency to form Woronoco Insurance Group Inc., which will serve nearly 8,000 clients with annual premiums of approximately $13.3 million.
Paul Lesukoski was named the president of Woronoco Insurance, and Evan Mattson was named vice president.
