Integra Selling Three Kentucky Branches

Integra Bank Corp. in Evansville, Ind., has struck a deal to sell three small Kentucky branches to Peoples Exchange Bank, a unit of Genbeach Co. Inc. in Beattyville, Ky.

The branches, in Lexington and Georgetown, have $15 million of deposits. The deal, announced late Monday, would give the $269 million-asset Peoples 11 branches in its home state. The price was not disclosed.

The branch deal is the second announced by the $3.4 billion-asset Integra Bank in the last week. On Sept. 17 it said it was selling two branches in Lawrenceburg to Town and Country Bank and Trust in Bardstown.
