Integrity Mutual Funds Inc. said that it has promoted Laura K. Anderson to chief operating officer of its mutual fund division.
The Minot, N.D., financial services company announced on Wednesday that Ms. Anderson will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the division.
She has worked at Integrity in 1999. She joined the company as a fund accountant and has been a fund accounting manager and, most recently, mutual fund operations manager.
With its subsidiaries, Integrity Money Management Inc., Integrity Fund Services Inc., and Integrity Funds Distributor Inc., the company sponsors, manages, and advises mutual funds.
Integrity also owns a full-service brokerage firm, Capital Financial Services Inc., that provides investment products and services to 450 independent investment representatives, financial planners, and investment advisers nationwide.
