Janus Capital Group Inc. has hired Jack Lin, an executive from Franklin Resources Inc., to head its Asia-Pacific business. Mr. Lin was named a managing director of the Denver company and will oversee its offices in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, and Melbourne.
He will be based in Hong Kong and will join Janus on June 16, the company said last week. He worked for Franklin Resources for nine years, most recently as regional managing director of its Asian institutional business.
