Nancy Alley, the vice president of product services at Xerox Mortgage Services, will succeed Greg Smith as the group's general manager.

Smith co-founded Advectis and stayed with the company after Xerox bought it in 2007.
Alley will begin her new role in mid-July. Since joining Xerox last year she has focused on Blitzdocs XE, an electronic mortgage document management platform that includes consumer-facing portals for document sharing and management.
Alley co-founded SignOnline, which was acquired by Wave Systems and is now Wave eSignSystems. After leaving Wave in 2003, she started Integration Alley, an e-mortgage and paperless-processing consulting firm.
