Lee and Granier Promoted at New Orleans' First Commerce

Kimberly Lee and James Granier have been promoted to executive presidents of First Commerce Corp., New Orleans. La., parent company of First National Bank of Commerce.

Ms. Lee is chief internal auditor of the $7 billion bank-holding. Her responsibilities include the development and implementation of companywide programs for audit, credit review, real estate appraisal services, andcorporate security.

She joined the holding company after 10 years as a national bank examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

Mr. Granier is manager of First Commerce's corporate operations group. He oversees facilities management, bank operations, information systems, loan operations, wire transfer, and coin and currency operations.

He was manager of the bank's operations and information system division.
