Marquette offers loans to flood victims.

MINNEAPOLIS -- The 13 Marquette Banks in Minnesota are offering low-interest loans to people whose property was damaged in the recent rains and flooding.

The loans, at one to two percentage points below regular interest rates, are available through July 31. To qualify, individuals must meet the bank's standard underwriting criteria and use the funds specifically to repair damages caused by the rains.

Marquette is a holding company with $1 billion of assets.
