Mary Ann Deignan will rejoin Bank of America Corp.'s Merrill Lynch this summer as managing director and head of Americas equity capital markets, B of A said Friday.
Deignan previously spent 11 years at Merrill Lynch, where she held roles in equity capital markets, syndicate and institutional sales. She spent the past seven years at UBS, where she was head of Americas equity capital markets since 2007.
Deignan will begin in August.
