MNB in California names new CEO

MNB Holdings in San Francisco has named Ray Skinner as a director and its next chief executive. 

MNB, the holding company for Mission National Bank, announced that Skinner, who was most recently CEO of Town & Country Bank in Missouri according to LinkedIn profile, took over the role on June 1. Skinner succeeds Robert Sweeney.

“We are creating a leadership team with a proven record of success in a bank that is unlike any other community bank in the Bay Area. We are strategically organized for social impact and a successful future,” JoAnne Loughlin, chairman of the board, said in a press release Tuesday.

Skinner previously held senior executive positions for banks in Virigina, Georgia, Hawaii and Texas. He is chairman of the board of trustees of Mid-America Baptist Seminary and College and is a member of the executive committee of the Board of Regents at the Barret School of Banking, where he completed his graduate degree.
