The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco said its board has appointed Ned Moran as a senior vice president and its chief information officer.
Mr. Moran joined the San Francisco bank last month. Before that he was the managing director and chief information officer at Trust Company of the West, an investment management unit of Societe Generale AG.
Before joining Trust Company of the West in 1993, he had held information technology positions at CS First Boston Inc., Drexel Burnham Lambert, and Andersen Consulting.
The appointment was announced Tuesday.
