Judith Savchak, trust administration head at Millennium Wealth Management, joins as northern region manager with responsibility for client-service delivery for investment management and fiduciary accounts in the firm's Allentown and Hazleton, Pa., offices. Michael Torbert will bring in business for National Penn Investors Trust's personal wealth services group. He had been a senior investment officer at Millennium Wealth Management.
Cathy Wimmer, a trust officer when she was at Millennium Wealth Management, will be an account administrator focusing on compliance and regulatory matters.
