NCR Corp. has announced the hiring of Peter Leav to be its senior vice president of global sales.
Mr. Leav, who is to report to Bill Nuti, NCR's chairman and chief executive, joined the Dayton, Ohio, automated teller machine maker from Motorola Inc., the company said Wednesday. At Motorola he was most recently a corporate vice president and general manager with responsibility for sales in North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
At NCR, Mr. Leav is to be responsible for sales in the financial services and other sectors, and software and technology services industries in more than 100 countries.
He succeeds Malcolm Collins, who NCR said was leaving to pursue other interests.
