OppenheimerFunds Inc. hired Geoffrey J. Craddock as a senior vice president and director of risk management and asset allocation.
He will oversee fixed-income and equity portfolio risk management functions, the company said Monday.
Mr. Craddock was senior vice president and head of market risk management for Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, where he oversaw market risk management for the company's investment banking, trading, and retail activities.
He worked for CIBC in London, Toronto, and New York for 15 years.
