West Coast Bancorp's trust unit has promoted Tim Whalen to vice president and client services manager of asset management and retirement services.
Mr. Whalen has managed client services for the Lake Oswego, Ore., company for 10 years, it said on Thursday. He is to operate from the West Coast Trust offices in Portland.
West Coast Bancorp has $2.6 billion of assets and operates 61 offices in Oregon and Washington.
