Orrstown Financial Recruits Ex-Metro Bank Execs

Orrstown Financial Services in Shippensburg, Pa., has hired three former rivals.

Adam Metz, Andrew Johnson and Doug Hummer have joined its Orrstown Bank subsidiary, the $1.3 billion-asset company said Wednesday. They came from Metro Bank in Harrisburg, which was acquired by F.N.B. Corp. in Pittsburgh for $474 million in February.

Metz is an executive vice president and chief lending officer, responsible for commercial and mortgage lending. He was chief lending officer at Metro Bank.

Hummer is a senior vice president and chief mortgage officer. He worked for Metro Bank as a senior vice president and consumer loan group manager.

Johnson is a senior vice president and co-director of commercial real estate. Johnson was senior vice president and director of commercial real estate at Metro Bank.
The trio will be based at Orrstown's new regional office in Harrisburg.
