Pawling Savings Bank, Newburgh, N.Y., signed a $2.2 million outsourcing contract with Newtrend to operate the $621 million-asset savings bank's data processing activities. The five-year contract replaces an in-house operation run on NCR Corp. computers. Orlando-based Newtrend will run the bank's data processing from its Westfield, N.J., service bureau.
