Peach Holdings Inc. of Boynton Beach, Fla., has formed an asset management subsidiary.
Peachtree Asset Management Ltd. will have its principal office in London and will advise on investments in the longevity/mortality and litigation finance areas, the parent company announced on Monday.
The unit is licensed by the United Kingdom's Financial Services Administration.
Peachtree Asset Management has been appointed the asset manager for the company's newly created Peachtree Non-Correlated Fund.
Peach Holdings' other units include Peachtree Settlement Funding, Peachtree Pre-Settlement Funding, Peachtree Life Settlements, and Peachtree LBP Finance Co.
