Ranallo Given New Position at Oak Ridge

Oak Ridge Financial Services Group in Minneapolis announced Feb. 25 that Savino "Bud" Ranallo has been named senior vice president of institutional sales.

In his new position, Ranallo, a former examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, is responsible for helping community banks raise capital or seek acquisitions.

"It's not very often you find someone with Bud's skills and experiences who is available to join your team," Oak Ridge chief executive officer Marc Kozberg said in the press release. "Bud's experience as a bank examiner coupled with many decades of service to community banks will be a great addition to the FIG team's experience."

After leaving the OCC in the late eighties, Ranallo spent 24 years at Piper Jaffray in the institutional fixed income and retail sales division. He joined Oak Ridge in 2006 to work on its trading desk.
