SouthCrest Financial Group in Woodstock, Ga., has found a new leader after his predecessor departed eight months ago.
Brian Schmitt will serve as chief executive and president of both the $550 million-asset SouthCrest Bank and its holding company starting Aug. 8. Schmitt will also be named a director for both entities.
