T. Rowe Price Group Inc. has announced the opening of an investor center in Paramus, N.J.
The office, which was opened Monday, is the third in the New York area for the Baltimore asset management company, which also has offices in Short Hills, N.J., and Garden City, N.Y.
The Paramus center offers retirement planning services, investment guidance, mutual funds, and college savings plans. Its investment counselors do not work on commission, making their advice more objective.
The three offices in the New York area are among T. Rowe's 15 overall. The others are in Walnut Creek and Century City, Calif.; Colorado Springs; Washington; Boca Raton and Tampa, Fla.; Oak Brook and Northbrook, Ill.; Baltimore and Owings Mills, Md.; Wellesley, Mass.; and Tysons Corner, Va.
It had $345 billion of assets at Sept. 30.
