TNB to Process for an Oregon Credit Union

Chetco Federal Credit Union of Harbor, Ore., is planning to shift its credit and debit card processing to TNB Card Services as part of an effort to introduce a new reward program and attract new members.

TNB, of Dallas, said Monday that it would also handle chargebacks, call center support, fraud management and other services for the credit union's roughly 12,000 debit cards and 3,800 credit accounts.

Stanley Brown, Chetco's president and chief executive officer, said in a TNB press release that his credit union plans to offer "relationship and risk-based pricing and rewards," and that working with TNB will "give us the ability to restructure the program in order to drive usage and acquire new cardholders."
